Three legitimate sources
- ✓ Direct purchase — vouchers issued automatically when you buy a pack via shop.vraimony.com
- ✓ Partner / agency — if your agency or partner issued you a code on their account
- ✓ Pilot / trial — pilot codes for evaluation, issued by Vraimony directly
- ✗ If you received a voucher from any other source, contact us before redeeming — support

Common voucher questions
What does the voucher unlock exactly?
A voucher unlocks one specific pack or upgrade. The entitlement details (which pack, how many uses, expiry) are returned with the token after redemption. Your browser stores the token and presents it automatically.
Do I need an account?
No. Vouchers tie an entitlement to your browser, not to your identity. We don’t collect your email or build a profile.
What if I switch browsers or clear my cache?
Each voucher allows multiple redemptions within its lifetime by default. If you switch browsers, redeem the same code on the new device. If you exceed the redemption limit, contact support with your purchase email.
Can I refund a voucher I already redeemed?
Refunds follow the standard 14-day policy. After refund, the voucher token is revoked at the next entitlement check.
The voucher says “invalid” — what now?
Possible reasons: typo (codes are case-insensitive but separators matter), already-fully-redeemed code, or expired code. Contact support with the original purchase email.
