We sell direct-buy packs because they should be self-serve. If a pack doesn’t fit your case in the first 14 days, we refund the purchase. Honest, written, easy to invoke.

Free is free — nothing to refund. Sample pack viewer, verify path, downloads, all free.
What is not refundable
Subscriptions follow standard terms
- ✗ Team plan ($199–$499/mo) — cancellable any time, but no pro-rated refunds for partial months. Annual plans get the unused months refunded.
- ✗ Vendor Pilot ($299–$999/mo) — pilot agreement governs. 90-day pilot window comes with structured exit terms in the agreement.
- ✗ Enterprise — governed by the signed contract.
- ✗ Already-issued sealed packs — if you generated and shared a sealed pack with a reviewer, that artifact has been delivered. The seal cannot be retracted; the refund still applies (we do not store your raw files), but the artifact remains valid.

No interrogation about “why didn’t it work.” We confirm eligibility (purchase within 14 days) and proceed.

Refund returns to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to the payment processor’s timing.

Honest is faster than aggressive
We don’t guarantee a buyer accepts your pack or a dispute is won — outcomes depend on facts, not packaging. If our packaging doesn’t reduce friction in your workflow within 14 days, the easiest answer is a refund. We don’t want to keep money from a customer the product didn’t serve.

Common refund questions
Can I get a refund after 14 days?
The 14-day window is firm for direct-buy packs. After that, contact us only for billing errors or platform-side issues; otherwise the sale is final.
Can I keep the sealed pack after a refund?
Sealed packs are tamper-evident artifacts that already exist on your device. Refund returns money; it does not retract the cryptographic artifact. The verify path remains valid.
What if my voucher partially covered the price?
We refund only the cash portion paid — the voucher value is restored to the issuing voucher (when applicable) per voucher terms.
Is this offered globally?
Yes. The 14-day refund applies regardless of your location, in addition to any rights granted by your local consumer protection laws.
